What a cheerful chap. I have never met a skiing snowman before!
Begin by noticing that the lines are different styles. They follow their own path. Each snowman is on a particular line and is sitting inside a box on the grid.
The location of each snowman corresponds with a letter in the grid in the second picture. What are those letters? Count the squares across and up carefully from the bottom left corner, or you will end up with the wrong letter!
The lines in the second picture link to the lines upon which the snowman have been positioned. They tell you in which order the letters are to be arranged. For example, the final line is dotted, so the letter from the snowman on the dotted line must be the last letter of the word.
The letters on the five snowmen, in the correct order, spell: elves
Who did the puzzle tell you to see next? Did you remember to note down your reward?
